Overview

/overview

An independent digital archive tracking over two decades of official Moroccan price indexes dating back to 2006. The platform serves professionals and contractors across public procurement sectors, including building, engineering, services, and transport. It translates fragmented government records into a structured, easily searchable public resource.

The problem

/problem

Official price indexes are vital for calculating public contract price revisions, yet they remain trapped across more than 240 separate government PDF documents. Finding historical data, cross-referencing provisional versus definitive rates, or auditing past figures requires tedious, manual searching through unindexed files.

Approach

/approach

Built with a multi-page architecture optimized specifically for deep search engine indexability, allowing professionals to land directly on the exact historical index they need. Data was extracted from hundreds of official Ministry documents into an audit-ready database. The platform includes a custom administrative pipeline for price rectifications, automated handling of provisional rates, and direct downloads of source PDFs to maintain total transparency.
